By using www.navixaexpress.in you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service

Navixa Express arranges pickup, movement, and delivery of parcels across India, subject to acceptance.

2. Prohibited items

Cash, live animals, hazardous materials, illegal goods, and any items restricted by law cannot be shipped.

3. Payment

Payments are made to the displayed UPI ID (navixaexpress@indie). Shipments remain in a pending state until payment is verified.

4. Delivery time

Delivery estimates are indicative; actual time may vary due to weather, unrest, or unforeseen events.

5. Liability

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the parcel or ₹5,000, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance is opted for at booking.

6. Refunds

Rejected or undeliverable shipments are refunded to the original UPI within 7 working days.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai jurisdiction.
