How we use it

  • To operate pickups, movement, and delivery of your shipments.
  • To verify payments and issue invoices.
  • To provide customer support and shipment updates over SMS/WhatsApp/email.
  • To improve our service, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

Sharing

We share the minimum data required with delivery partners and payment processors. We do not sell your personal data.

Security

Payment screenshots are stored in a private storage bucket with strict access rules. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider.
